- Now expand “SOFTWARE” as well.
- From the long list, find “Electronic Arts” or “EA” and expand it.
- You should see Crysis 2 right below. Double-click on its name and a small list will open in the right panel.
- All these entries are registries. Locate the one entitled “CD KEY”, “CODE” or “erdc” and double-click on it. The Crysis 2 serial number should pop right away.

For your information for the future – you need to install the software FIRST before it will be listed in the system registry.

hi i have a crysis game i wants to serial num,
I’ve got Crysis 2 installed on my PC and at no point before or during installation was i asked to enter a key.
You only need to input a key if you want to play online, Singleplayer mode DOES NOT REQUIRE A KEY.
The key is entered AFTER installation in the games multiplayer menu.
And as for method listed it won’t work unless you have already inputted a VALID key to start with. and if you’ve already inpuuted a key then why would you need to retrieve it ?

Hi, I’ve followed the steps up to finding the crysis 2 folder, and then I couldn’t find the registry “CD KEY”, “CODE”, or “erdc” indicated in step 7…
All I see on the right hand side is something titled (Default) with Type: “REG_SZ” and no value set.
